VediSense is a Vedic astrology app for iOS and Android. It turns your birth chart into a daily reading, short practices and an AI guide you can ask about your day. It is built for reflection and planning, in 10 languages.

Vedic astrology, or Jyotish, measures the zodiac against the fixed stars (the sidereal zodiac), while Western astrology follows the seasons (the tropical zodiac). The two are now about 24 degrees apart, so your Vedic signs often differ from your Western ones. Jyotish also works with the 27 nakshatras and with planetary periods called dashas, and it is one of the oldest living astrological traditions.

No. VediSense describes what today's sky supports in your chart and suggests a practice or a question to reflect on. It does not predict events or promise outcomes, and you make the decisions.

An astronomy engine computes your chart, the day's transits, your dasha periods and the Panchang from your birth date, time and place. A fixed rule picks the planet leading your day. An AI guide then writes the reading and its scores in plain language from that data. The AI does not invent your chart, and the same birth details always give the same chart.

It helps, but you can start without it. Choose “I am not sure about my birth time” during setup and your chart is cast for 12:00 local time. Your Moon then stays within a few degrees of its true place, but the rising sign and houses can't be known without a birth time.

As a guest you get 3 messages. Premium opens the full library, readings from 30 days back to 7 days ahead, more weeks of guidance and unlimited chat.

Premium is a subscription through your App Store or Google Play account. Cancel anytime in your store's subscription settings, and you keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for.

Your data is encrypted and stored securely. We never sell your personal information and share it only with the service providers that run the app, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app.

In the app, open Profile, then Personal Info, and tap Delete Account. If you can't open the app, email support@vedisense.app with the phone number or email you signed up with. Our account deletion page has the details.

Only if you turn them on, and never more than one a day. In Settings you choose the kinds you want, such as your daily reading, Moon phases or retrogrades.
