Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your VediSense account and all associated data using one of the methods below.

Delete from the app (recommended)

1. Open the VediSense app
2. Go to Profile → Personal Info
3. Tap "Delete Account"
4. Confirm on the next screen

This permanently deletes your account and all associated data.

Can't access the app?

Email support@vedisense.app with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and include the phone number or email you used to sign up. We will process your request within 7 business days.

What gets deleted

• Account information (phone number, email, name)
• Birth details (date, location, time) and the chart computed from them
• Daily readings and weekly guidance
• Chat history with your AI guide, including what it remembers about you
• Mood check-ins and practice progress
• Notification preferences

What may be retained

• Purchase and billing records (5 years, per tax regulations — anonymized)
• Security and anti-abuse logs (90 days)
• Backup archives (automatically purged within 30 days)
• Pseudonymous usage analytics (not linked to your name, email or phone number)
